Join Lhakpa Sherpa, the women’s world record holder for summits of Mt. Everest, and the subject of the Netflix documentary “Mountain Queen, The Summits of Lhakpa Sherpa” along with NYC Hikers, Asian Climbing Tribe, and NOLS alum for a walk and talk hike in Central Park.
Good walking shoes, water, and a snack are recommended.
Duration is approximately 1 hour.
We will be meeting up at 6:30PM at 59th and Columbus Circle at the southwestern entrance of Central Park by the Maine Monument. We will depart for the hike at 6:45PM.
